Celebrating the Spirit of Ashgrove at Christmas 

As the year draws to a close, we took a moment to pause, reflect, and celebrate the incredible year we've had at Ashgrove Cheese. On December 7th, our team gathered in Hobart, and again on December 13th at our Elizabeth Town Factory, for a festive celebration of all that makes Ashgrove so special.

These gatherings weren’t just about delicious food and good cheer – they were about camaraderie, shared experiences, and the strong team spirit that keeps us going. We’ve captured some of these joyful moments in the happy snaps below, showcasing the laughter, the teamwork, and the smiles that define our Ashgrove family.

This year has been full of milestones, from winning Reserve Champion for our Non-homogenised Milk at the Tasmanian Fine Food Awards, to welcoming new faces to our growing team. We’re proud of everything we’ve achieved together, and we know this success is driven by the hard work, dedication, and passion that each team member brings to Ashgrove every day.

Our team is a beautiful tapestry of cultures, with 11 nations represented – Tasmanian, Indian, Sri Lankan, Taiwanese, Japanese, South Korean, Malaysian, Filipino, Italian, Irish, and French. It’s this diversity that strengthens us, bringing unique perspectives and ideas that shape our company.

Thank you to everyone who contributed to making 2024 a year to remember. We look forward to another year of growth, success, and shared moments that remind us why Ashgrove is truly a special place to work.
